Parking access process is frustrating!!! Lack of air conditioning leads to uncomfortable sleeping conditions!!! Improvements needed in room scent and bathroom cleanliness!!! Consider better sound insulation for corridors!!!

The location is prime for exploring the old town and port, making it easy to step out and enjoy the local sights. Plus, there’s a neat drinks machine downstairs to quench your thirst after a long day of wandering.

I encountered some issues with room cleanliness, notably black mould on the bathroom walls that left a lot to be desired. The soundproofing is practically non-existent, as I woke up to noise from the dining area at dawn, which really hampered my sleep. Parking was a hassle too. Even though it was initially advertised as secure, by the time I got there, the lot was full, forcing me to leave my packed car on the street. Don’t assume you’ll have a spot waiting for you.

Great base for exploring the area, just a stone's throw from the port and old town. The twin beds were lekker comfy and the room was clean, had a proper vibe!

No brekkie for us so can't comment, but we missed it, ag man.

Good location, but parking woes

We got to enjoy a nice walk to the central Boulogne, which was a blast! The gated parking was secure, but it cost extra, and when we got there, the parking was full. Had to park on the street, so make sure ya check ahead on parking arrangements!

The room was neat and clean, featuring comfortable twin beds which made for a pleasant night’s sleep. High-speed WiFi was available, and the flat-screen TV added to the enjoyment of the stay. The private bathroom had a great rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries, which was a nice touch.

Parking availability can be a hassle.

The supposed soundproofing is clearly just a myth since I awoke to immense chatter from the dining area at 6am. And to add insult to injury, I found black mould in the bathroom, proving they don’t care about cleanliness. Honestly, I expected a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences but I guess I’m just not special enough. I just couldn’t recommend this place.

The drinks machine downstairs was a nice touch, and I appreciated being able to unwind in the lobby area. Just a heads up, make sure you're okay with carrying your bags upstairs since there's no lift! 😊

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great wi-fi, luggage storage, and a flat-screen TV. I remember how the staff helped with my elderly parents during our first visit. I’m definitely coming back for Easter!
